Why Nyangi?

Nyangi is a slang word in Korean for kitten, or small kitty; it comes from the word for cat goyangi!  As the cats are a huge part of this shop, it only felt right to name it after my dear employees.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.  Unfortunately, we currently do not accept cat treats or toys.

 

What's your cancellation policy?

Orders including a pre-order cannot be cancelled.  All other orders can be cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible on e-mail or instagram with your order number.

 

Is there a minimum/maximum order size?

Not at all! You can order as much or as little items as you wish! 

 

If I pre-order, how long will it take?

Pre-orders need to arrive to us before we can ship them out, so there is usually a delay of 2-3 weeks unless there's external issues delaying the shipment from Korea.  Due to current world affairs, our pre-orders may be late in arriving but you can be assured I will keep you all updated via instagram.  We aim to ship the pre-orders no later than a week after we receive them.

 

Where do you ship from?

We ship from South Shields in the North East of England!  Nothing is dropshipped here, Misty would have my head.

 

How long does my order take?

Orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after purchase through Royal Mail.

Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 business days

Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-4 business days

Please keep in mind Royal Mail may have delays due to weather, location or high volume of packages from time of year.

 

My tracking hasn't updated, what should I do?

Royal Mail can take 1-2 business days to update shipping tracking correctly.  If it hasn't been updated in 3 days send over an e-mail or a message on instagram and I will help check up on it!

 

I entered the wrong wrong address, help!

Please contact us immediently if your address is wrong, before the order is shipped so I can update the address for you!

 

Is there any fees or customs?

No! As I ship from the UK to the UK there is no added fees or custom charges!

 

How will I know my order has shipped?

We send an e-mail with your shipping number as soon as we ship the order!

 

Are your albums official?

Yes! We only source our albums from trusted Korean retailers.  All albums will have the KOMCA album stickers on them!  To ensure the best, we check all albums from suppliers before we send them out, and make sure they are still 100% sealed too!

 

Will the albums have photocards?

All album inclusions are listed on the product pages! Most albums come with photocards, but any that don't have any will be stated!

 

My album is damaged/missing pieces, can I return it?

Contact us within 14 days if your album is damaged, (and sealed) with images/videos so we can arrange a refund or a replacement as soon as possible.  If there are things missing in the albums, our suppliers require a video of you opening the albums from the seal so we can sort the matter out perfectly for you!  Please note, that we can only accept returns or refunds of sealed albums if they are damaged.  If the album is opened I cannot accept a return or refund unless items are missing!

How do the cats help with orders?

Misty watches over all of us to make sure we are working, Milo checks all boxes for inspection, Belle picks all your freebies and Biggs as the trainee QA makes sure you're getting the best quality albums with no damage!
