Processing Times

We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1 - 3 working days.

During busy periods, new releases, or large order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Pre-Orders

Orders containing pre-order items will ship within 2 - 5 working days once all items in the order have arrived.

If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Estimated arrival dates for K-pop releases can vary due to supplier shipping times and customs delays.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked services.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.50
Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £4.50

Free UK shipping is available on orders over £50.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at louise@littlenyangi.co.uk so we can help.

We ask that you please film your unboxing, as it is evidence of items missing in the order or albums.  For damaged items, please keep the packaging and provide photos of the item and outer packaging.
